Experienced in Asbestos, Mesothelioma and Cancer Cases since 1985

Bob Paul, Alan Reich, and Rich Myers established the lawfirm of Paul, Reich & Myers in October, 1985, with the idea that they would provide their clients with the best personal legal services possible. The firm has earned its outstanding reputation in representing clients afflicted with asbestos diseases, such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, pleural disorders, asbestosis, and other asbestos related diseases such as kidney, esophageal or colo-rectal cancers, in Pennsylvania and various states around the country. We have also represented many clients who have worked on railroads and ships.

While there is no way to predict the outcome in any specific case, the firm has attained a number of multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for its injured clients. The trial lawyers in our firm have also successfully represented clients in, general personal injury matters, such as automobile accidents, slips and falls, product liability and other toxic torts. Additionally, the firm has developed a practice in the following fields: civil rights, legal malpractice, unfair credit reporting, and estate litigation.

We gauge our successes by our clients' satisfaction. We want to become your lawyer. If you have a legal problem, no matter what it is, calls us first. If we can't help you, we will refer you to someone who can.
